If at the time of delivery the user is absent, the carrier will try to contact you by phone call and leave a voucher indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.

If delivery can not be made due to loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. At the time of delivery, the user must check the condition of the package before the transport company that, on behalf of GRUPONAUTICA, make the delivery of the product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that could detect on the packaging. If, after reviewing the product, the user detects any incidents such as blow, breakage or any damage caused by the product by the shipment, it must notify GRUPONAUTICA, e-mail in the shortest possible time (maximum 5 working days) , to be able to process the return.
